• Destination: We currently only ship within India. We will soon start international shipping.

• Shipping Fee: The shipping fee varies based on the product weight, size, and delivery location. The exact shipping cost will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
• Tracking Information: Once your order is shipped, you can track your order’s delivery status with the tracking number provided in the Order details section.

This Pricing Policy governs the pricing practices of D1/One Dentistry (“us”, “we”, or “our”) for the products and services offered on our website. By accessing or using our website, you agree to be bound by this Pricing Policy. If you disagree with any part of this policy, please refrain from using our website.

We strive to ensure that all prices listed on our website are accurate and up-to-date. However, in the event of a pricing error, we reserve the right to correct the error and revise the price accordingly.

Prices for our products and services are subject to change without notice. We may adjust prices in response to market conditions, supplier costs, exchange rates, or other factors.

From time to time, we may offer promotional pricing or discounts on select products and services. These promotions may be subject to specific terms and conditions, such as limited-time offers or quantity restrictions.

Prices listed on our website are in INR/Indian Rupee and are exclusive of applicable taxes, unless otherwise stated. Taxes will be calculated and added to your total purchase amount during the checkout process.

We do not offer price matching or price adjustments for products or services purchased from other retailers or websites.

Cancellation Policy

We understand that circumstances may arise where you need to cancel your order or request a refund. Please read our cancellation policy carefully to understand your options and any applicable fees.

Cancellation of Orders

• You may cancel your order within 24 hours of purchase without incurring any cancellation fees.
• If you wish to cancel your order after 24 hours but before it has been shipped, a cancellation fee may apply. The amount of the fee will depend on the specific circumstances of your order and will be communicated to you upon cancellation.
• Once your order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled. Please refer to our Refund and Returns Policy for information on returning shipped items.

Refund and Returns Policy

Our refund and returns policy lasts for 30 days from the date of purchase. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer you a full refund or exchange.

Refunds

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Several types of goods are exempt from being returned, including perishable goods, gift cards, and downloadable software products. Refunds are usually processed in 5 -14 days. Refund can be claimed as Store Credits or Gift Cards or Bank Refunds the amount to the customer’s bank account.

Returns Process

To initiate a return, please contact us at returns@d1circles.com with your order details and reason for return. We require a receipt or proof of purchase to process your return. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. Once we receive your email, we will guide you with further instructions for the return process.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied as Store Credits or Gift Cards or Bank Refunds to the customer’s bank account within a certain amount of days.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund after 2 weeks from the date of our notification email of receiving your return, please contact us at returns@d1circles.com.

Sale Items

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please send us an email at returns@d1circles.com and await further instructions.

Shipping Costs

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Trackable Shipping and Shipping Insurance

If you are returning expensive items, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
